How to Build Strong Communities
Belonging is built from repetition, not campaigns. A framework for the first 90 days: define the ritual, name the roles, and make the second event easier to attend than the first.

Wiggle helps organizations, clubs, educational institutions, and businesses manage members, registrations, events, notifications, and secure user accounts from one platform.
Trusted by teams that bring people together
Ten connected modules replace the spreadsheets, group chats and payment links most organizations juggle today. Each one shares the same member record, so data never drifts apart.
Create unlimited groups, chapters and committees. Assign roles, set join rules, approve requests and delegate admin rights without sharing a single password.
Roles & permissionsA searchable, filterable record for every person — profile fields, membership tier, join date, tags and history. Bulk import from CSV and export whenever you want.
Search & segmentsPublish an event page in minutes with capacity limits, custom questions, waitlists, early-bird windows and automatic confirmation emails on every signup.
Waitlists includedIssue free or paid tickets with unique QR codes, transfer rules and refund windows. Scan attendees in at the door from any phone, even offline.
QR check-inOne inbox for registrations, reminders, security alerts and billing events — delivered in-app, by email, or both, according to each member's own preferences.
In-app & emailTrack signups, attendance rates, retention, revenue and email deliverability. Compare events side by side and export any chart as CSV for your board report.
Live metricsCollect membership dues and ticket payments, then issue numbered PDF invoices automatically. Handles proration, tax identifiers, refunds and dunning reminders.
Auto invoicingReview active sessions, device history and login alerts in one screen. Force sign-out anywhere, require stronger passwords, and audit every admin action.
Session controlMembers choose exactly which messages they receive. Security notifications stay mandatory; everything else is opt-out, with one-click unsubscribe in every email.
Granular consentA chronological record of joins, registrations, payments, profile edits and sign-ins — timestamped and attributable, so nothing about an account is a mystery.
Full audit trailEvery module is available over a documented REST API with signed webhooks, so your website, CRM or attendance kiosk stays in sync in real time.
Developer readyRun chapters across regions with localized dates, currencies and email templates. Members always see event times in their own timezone.
Global readyThe same building blocks — members, events, tickets, notifications — configured for how your group actually works.
Interest groups and neighbourhood networks with open or invite-only joining, member tiers and recurring meetups.
Committee handovers each term, verified student emails, attendance credits and semester-based membership cycles.
Annual dues, certification tracking, CPD event credits and member-only resources gated by tier.
Sports, hobby and alumni clubs: rosters, seasonal fees, training schedules and RSVP tracking for every session.
Multi-day conferences with ticket types, speaker schedules, QR check-in desks and post-event surveys.
Volunteer shifts, donor records, recurring contributions and transparent receipts for every supporter.
Customer clubs, loyalty tiers, workshops and paid classes — with invoices your accountant will accept.
Departments, cohorts, parent contacts and campus events under one roof, with role-based staff access.
Most organizations run on a spreadsheet for members, a form builder for signups, a chat group for reminders and a payment link for dues. Nothing talks to anything else, and no one is sure which list is current.
CSV mapped to profile fields, duplicates merged automatically.
Add three DNS records; we check SPF, DKIM and DMARC for you.
Capacity, ticket types and custom questions ready to go.
Role-based access with a full audit trail from day one.

Wiggle sends transactional email only in response to a real action on an account — never unsolicited marketing. Each message is authenticated with SPF, DKIM and DMARC on your own sending domain and logged for delivery auditing.

If you did not create a Wiggle account, you can safely ignore this email — nothing will be activated.
Every template carries your logo, your sender name and a plain-text alternative. Members can identify a genuine Wiggle email at a glance — which is exactly what stops phishing from working.

Lessons from thousands of organizers using Wiggle — no growth-hacking fluff, just what works when real people show up.

Choose Start Free, then enter your full name, email address and a password of at least 10 characters — or continue with Google and skip the password entirely. Your workspace is created immediately in a pending state, and we send an account verification email within seconds. Confirm it to unlock members, events and billing. One person can own several workspaces from the same login, which is useful if you run more than one chapter.
Verification proves you control the address, which protects your workspace from impersonation and makes sure receipts, reminders and security alerts actually reach you. The code is six digits, expires after 15 minutes and can only be used once. If it has not arrived after two minutes, check your spam folder, then request a new one — requesting a new code invalidates the previous one.
Changing your email later sends a confirmation to both the old and the new address, so a stolen session cannot quietly move your account somewhere else.
Select Forgot password in the login window and enter your email. We send a single-use link valid for 30 minutes. Opening it lets you set a new password; completing the reset signs out every other active session and sends a confirmation email. For your safety we always show the same “check your inbox” message, whether or not an account exists for that address.
If you signed up with Google you do not have a Wiggle password at all — use Continue with Google instead.
Import an existing list from CSV — we map columns to profile fields and merge duplicates by email — or share a join link and approve requests as they come in. Members can be organised by tier, chapter, tag or custom field, and every filter can be saved as a segment for email and event invitations.
Admin rights are role-based: Owner, Event Manager, Treasurer and Viewer, or custom roles on Business and Enterprise plans. Every admin action is written to the audit log with a timestamp and device.
Create the event, set capacity and ticket types, then publish. Registrants receive a confirmation email with a calendar file and a QR ticket immediately. When capacity is reached, the waitlist takes over and promotes people automatically as cancellations happen.
Reminders go out 24 hours and 1 hour before the start in each attendee's own timezone. At the door, scan tickets from any phone browser — check-in works offline and syncs when the connection returns.
Plans are billed monthly or annually and priced on active members, so archived people cost nothing. Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge; downgrades apply at the end of the current period. We accept major cards and, on Enterprise agreements, bank transfer against a purchase order.
Cancelling stops future charges and keeps your data in read-only mode for 30 days so you can export everything you need.
Every successful payment produces a sequentially numbered PDF invoice, emailed to your billing contact and stored under Billing → Invoices. Add your organization's legal name, address and tax identifier once and it appears on all future documents; you can also reissue past invoices with corrected details. Invoices are retained for at least seven years to satisfy common accounting requirements.
Email help@wiggle.web.id or open a ticket from inside the app — both land in the same queue, and every reply also appears in your notification center. Starter plans get community support, Professional gets a reply within one business day, Business within four business hours, and Enterprise according to a signed SLA. Security issues go to security@wiggle.web.id and are triaged first.
Six perspectives from associations, student unions, clubs and nonprofits running on Wiggle every week.
We moved 1,240 members off three spreadsheets in a single afternoon. The part I did not expect was the email side — once our domain was verified, confirmation emails stopped landing in spam and our no-show rate dropped by nearly a fifth.
Our committee changes every October. Handing over used to mean forwarding passwords and hoping. Now the outgoing chair transfers ownership in one click, and the audit log means nobody has to guess who changed what.
The QR check-in desk handled 500 people in 40 minutes with two volunteers and one flaky wifi connection. It kept scanning offline and synced everything afterwards. That alone justified the annual plan.
As treasurer I care about one thing: invoices my auditor accepts. Wiggle numbers them sequentially, includes our tax ID and stores every one. Reconciliation went from a weekend to about twenty minutes.
We run eleven chapters across four cities. Sub-communities let each one manage its own events while head office still sees a single membership number. Nothing else we tried handled that without a consultant.
Members choosing their own email preferences was the quiet win. Complaints about “too many emails” disappeared, and because security alerts can't be switched off, we never lost the ones that actually matter.
Wiggle started in 2021 when a student union asked us for a better way to run registrations. Today it supports communities across Southeast Asia and beyond — still built by people who volunteer at their own organizations on weekends.
To give every organization — regardless of budget or technical skill — the same quality of membership, event and communication tooling that large enterprises take for granted. Administration should take minutes, so organizers can spend their time on people instead of paperwork.
A world where joining a community, registering for an event and keeping an account secure feel effortless everywhere. We want Wiggle to be the quiet layer underneath thousands of clubs, unions and associations — reliable enough that nobody has to think about it.
Wiggle is a hosted web application with a REST API and signed webhooks. Ten modules — communities, directory, registration, ticketing, notifications, analytics, billing, security, email preferences and activity — share one member record. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, backed up hourly, and exportable at any time in open formats.
Student organizations and professional associations make up roughly half our customers; the rest are clubs, event organizers, nonprofits, small businesses and educational institutions. The median workspace has 340 members and runs about 18 events a year — that is the shape the product is designed around.
Four commitments that decide what we build and what we refuse to build.
Security work ships before features. Alerts that protect an account can never be turned off.
Plain pricing, plain language, plain emails. No dark patterns and no surprise charges.
The person doing unpaid admin work at 11pm is who we design for, every single time.
Full export on every plan, including the free one. Leaving should be as easy as joining.
Five years of shipping, mostly in response to organizers telling us what was broken.
Built in eight weeks for a student union running 40 events a semester.
Paid events, QR check-in and automatic invoices arrive together.
SPF, DKIM and DMARC support ends the “our emails go to spam” era.
Device history, login alerts and session revocation become standard on all plans.
Across 3,200 events, with 99.99% platform uptime over the last twelve months.
